2. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.
• Keep your login secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Course access

• Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license for learning.
• We may update or replace lessons to improve clarity and safety.
• We do not guarantee outcomes, job placement, or timelines.

4. Payments and refunds

• Prices are listed in USD and may change. Taxes may apply based on your location.
• Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 30% of a course is completed.
• Chargebacks for valid purchases may result in account suspension.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share account credentials or redistribute course content.
• No attempts to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the site.
• Follow safety guidance; we are not responsible for misuse of tools.

6. Intellectual property

All content is owned by Lensvra Workshop or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or publicly distribute lessons without permission.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Courses are provided “as is.” We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed, our aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to the service

We may modify features, courses, or pricing. Material changes will be announced on the site.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County.
